– meshes from brass, copper, stainless steel etc. and other materials

In terms of protective coating we cooperate with external suppliers:
– painting: powder coating and cataphoresis-KTL
– surface finishing: galvanization, chroming, nickeling

Highly qualified staff and specialized equipment in the laboratory allow providing consistent and high quality for our goods
The laboratory is equipped with:
– coordinate measuring machine CMM
– hardness tester Mitutoyo
– strength tester Zwick
– tensile strength testers
– roughness tester
– tightness testing machines
– other measuring tools, high calliper, callipers, dial gauges, gauges ect.

We have professional equipment and a suitable technical background not only for our main production – metal forming process but also for surface finishing processes, which include:

– vibratory polishing and finishing machines – various types
– various type of grinders
– various type of washing machines: ultrasonic cleaner, vacuum wash machine, spray washing machine

In this way we have an opportunity to offer:

We cooperate with external tool shops which provide precision and high quality of tools.
They are equipped with modern and diversified machinery as well as by well-qualified staff.
Knowledge and rich experience in constructing and building tools have enabled them to design and implement the most complex projects.
